Next year’s entry is by registration which will be made available in early 2026.

The event is organised on behalf of Lavenham Community Council, a registered charity, whom will process your entry and manage payment, and issue tickets for the event.

Entry forms

We have dispensed with Entry Forms – you can now register and pay via Eventbrite.

There is an additional payment for using Eventbrite (their service fee), but this should roughly equal the cost of sending us a Stamped Address Envelope and cheque in the post.

It also means we can dispense with sending out tickets as you can now use a ticket on your mobile phone or print off at home to bring along on the day of the event.

For Classic Car Clubs: If we find filling out the forms via EventBrite is too complicated, then we may send Car Clubs entry forms as previously. TBC.
