The event is run by volunteers in order to raise money for Lavenham’s local charities. Therefore, there will be an entry fee of £10 per car/£5 per motor cycle.
Any profit from the day will be donated to Lavenham Community Council
Entry will be by prior registration – an entry form is required on the day.
Trade exhibitors will be charged £25.00 (payable in advance) plus a donation based upon a % of profits to be paid ‘on the day’.
Please note there will be no power available at the show site thus your stall will need to be independently powered – a full Health & Safety / Food Provision catering certification is required.
